About Me

I've been convinced, under my extensive experience in teamwork management, that in order to have a successful team the environment at your work place should be loving and family.

In such a case, this team will give out the best for your own sake and they will exert all effort and energy possible. Thus the work environment is going to be the second home that he always turns to.

In fact, I've personally applied this rule with a number of teams that I used to manage; and “the results were really amazing. "

Mustafa Al-Lawatti from Muscat / Oman, who has a genuine media background, has worked as a journalist and an editor-in-chief for more than 12 years. Through his career in the press field, he studied and practiced Media Marketing. He also managed a number of teamwork that was so creative, in the daily newspaper he directed, before moving to his own office and business.

Since 2000, Al-Lawatti opened his office in the field of media and marketing services, and made a number of marketing campaigns for major local, regional and international companies.

In 2003, Al-Lawatti entered the real estate business in the Omani market. Within a few years a new company,"Amtar real estate", originated which is one of the prominent companies in the Omani market.

In 2007 and within the expansion program which has been well planned,"New Age" office was opened in Kuwait in partnership with the well-known Al-Kazimi family. Since then plans and prospects launched for a new entry in the Arab and international real estate markets headed by the French market.

Another part of the expansion was the opening of "Corner Stone" office specialized in the British property market It has been built according to the highest decoration standards specifically in property field so as to become a great attraction factorfor investors.

Al-Lawatti believes in the distribution of work on the staff, and leaving most of the details in their hands. He does not believe in centralization, because he sees that it strains managers, and kills creativity in the team of work.

Moreover, he is sure that there is too much in the real estate market to be offered to investors and recreation seekers; opportunities are still many since the field of creativity did not and will never stop.
